			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>February 6 is the big day for our Atlanta Dream, the expansion draft. They will be selecting players from around the league to help build their program.</p>
<p>Each team from the league can protect up to 6 players and core 2 players. A core player is one who is basically untouchable. They are the key players of the team and when designated as a core player they will also receive the top salary. So teams have to take this into consideration when thinking about coring a player. Can they afford to pay her a top salary and stay within the cap?</p>
